The Background Noise Suppression was formed in 2005 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The band quickly created its own dirty pop style with raw passion, pure energy and dynamic live gigs in Thessaloniki and many other cities around Greece... The most important Background Noise Suppression live performance was as the opening act for New Model Army in Thessaloniki, in the Spring of 2006.
The band's first studio release is the single "Made Out Of Ocean" as part of Rundevilrun Records' singles compilation album "Little people...Big noise".
UPDATE: The band is currently (January 2008) recording the Background Noise Suppression debut CD release, under the Rundevilrun record label, which is expected to be released later this year.
