Backhoe Butchery started in November 2000 with Willie Wardlaw on vocals and guitar, Ann on bass and backing vocals, and Steve Allington on drums. They slaved for almost 4 years pissing people off and making fun of emo bands. Then in November of 2005 they got a real drummer Eric so Steve could concentrate on playing guitar for Apnea. Backhoe is currently pursuing shows and following no trends. This Springfield, MO based band has three two albums under their belt: 2001 - Once Upon A Thrasher's Dream, 2005 - Prolonging The Misery, and 2007-Mailbox full of mousetraps. The new one is friggin awesome and would add value and longevity to your miserable existance. Buy or die please.
