first off, thanx to all of our fans, family and friends who supported us through the struggles that we had to overcome in the past, without you guys we would have never made it as far as we did. unfortunately, BACKRIVE has met its last struggle. with the loss of two guitarists and a drummer it was hard for us to try and pull things back together. the potential was there but the devistating blow of broken trust with our very close friends and former band members caused us to take a step back and re-evaluate our future. though reforming was a possibility, it seems as though the remaining few of us would have a hard time trusting anyone with the future of the band that had roots deeper than most could imagine. we don't regret a minute of the time that we shared with all of our fans and friends in our journey but we do regretfully say that our journey as a band has come to an end. who knows what the future has to hold? for those who looked up to us don't lose hope, even though the band is finished, each and every one of us has potential for greatness. i would not be surprised at all if you hear from us again. Until then, just keep rocking the local music.
