i really like horror movies but i usually wimp out and don't finish it (unless i'm with someone) and then i try to un-freak myself out with a comedy. some movies that stand out in my mind are... dumb and dummer, the rocky horror picture show, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind!, signs, silent hill, psycho, the village, sphere, the ring, saw, the shining the pink panther strikes again, the money pit, castaway, my neighbor totoro, jackass the movie, ice age, what about bob, frailty, road trip, balto, star wars stuff, bruce almighty, the mask, home alone 1, 2, and 3, city slickers 2, coneheads, forest gump, titan AE, the pasion of the christ, the matrix stuff, the dark knight, king kong, orange county, nacho libre, the hills have eyes, the mothman prophecies, what lies beneath, a beautiful mind, the others, dirty rotten scoundrels, the fly, hollow man, the manchurian candidate... and a bunch of other junk that i won't list due to a lack of motivation

Books
i try to read and i enjoy reading but i usually burn up my time with other fruitless endeavors like rolling a bigger ball in a katamari game. but i have read some books and of them all my favorite wold have to be the perks of being a wallflower (the only book i've ever read twice) :]
my name is dieter, for realz. i love music like, a lot. i wish i could sing... but i can't haha. lately i've been kind of obsessed with mew. i had never really heard any of their pre-frengers stuff and yeah... it's pretty much amazing. couldn't live w/o it. i like art too. i love to draw pictures but i've never been that serious about making "good art." i just draw things that make me happy, or sad :]
"the babe getter" took a shit a few months ago. :[ i miss it. so now i drive a super bad ass 1988 celica. this car is dope yo. it has a leprosy body kit complete with holes (to blast the freshest air possible directly into the cab at all times), and custom black spray paint on both side of the car! this car is truly a visual masterpiece.
4 wheeling would be i guess, a past time of mine lol. (that seemed weird) mine is moderately broken at the moment and i just don't think i'll ever have enough money to fix it. much less have the time and space to ride it. haha oh well.
i'm a really shy and quiet person around new people, usually. but i'm actually not like that at all! my friends are all awesome. seriously, i love hanging with them... and playing rock band. oh the drums...
