You may have never heard of this band but you will recognize the members when you see them. All but two are former members of the 1 Country band in the U.P. and Northern Wisconsin Formerly City Limits.
These guys have opened up for such acts as Montgomery Gentry, Waylon Jennings, Marty Stuart, Trace Atkins, Dixie Chicks, Black Hawk, Charlie Daniels, Kentucky Headhunters and many, many more.
The New band "Bad Axe Rodeo" was formed in September of 2007 mainly because the remaining 5 members of City Limits were not ready to stop rockin' the house quite yet. New lead singer and former Texas bad boy Daryle Ryan was added to fill out the band. In March of 2009, Daryle had to make his way back to Texas for a new Job and to be back with his Family.
Since then Rumors have surfaced that Bad Axe Rodeo has found a new singer to replace Daryle...
Some sources believe the band will be a polish, polka/rap combo. Other sources have indicated the band is now a Janus Joplin & Three Non Blondes cover band.
Still other sources have indicated Lynard Skynard tribute band. And, the last rumor Brent has shaved his head and joined a commune to become one with his voice and he is now studying with lead singer Mahavishnue Chuck Berryski.
Hoss & Kim say there is no truth to the rumors and Brent's hair will grow back.
Stay tuned to find out who is the new lead singer.
