Last Weekend we took a 2nd Place finish in the 4Wheel Drive Modified Class, at Fallon's Rattlesnake Raceway! They set up some very deep and mucky pits! This weekend we will be competing again at Reno-Fernley Raceway and would like for you all to join us! This is gonna be a fast and furious day of competing in the mud, with ALL OUT Drag Racing in the MUD! Hope to see you all there. Hey Mike, according to #800 Ninja with 30 hp (ha ha that's 5 more than my lawn mower) Sidecars always oil the track. Does this mean we can now legally use James Bond oil jets? How about smoke screens? See you a the track and remember to bring extra oil! LOL
Well gee that sucked… Yes the first race of the season was laughable. Nothing like two teams on brand new rigs for the first time and three rigs with a whole slew of mods made over the winter giving us the slowest track times in a year? Hans couldn’t find gears, Roy’s first time ever driving a long, Sarah going from a Honda to a Suzuki gear ratio and me with new suspension and brakes. I think we may need to show up for a Friday open track day. I don’t know about you guys, but with those new Koni shocks I can’t find my lines. I think I have been racing so long with crap shocks I don’t know what it feels like to grip in a corner vs bracing for a spin out? This is seriously going to be a long season…
