Badd Habitt originally formed in 1993. After a long hiatus, the band re-formed in 2004 with a new lineup. The band had a rough start as members of the band came and went. After a couple years of set-backs, Badd Habitt finally landed its current five members. (Pete Hoxell, Lou Leach, Mike Hopkins, Dale Ferreira and The Cush) Although Badd Habitt struggled, the drive, ambition and focus never faltered. The band worked hard writing, rehersing and performing over the past 5 years and hit a major milestone recording at Trident Studios and releasing a EP titled “Destiny” in 2008. The album, recorded at Trident Studios in January 2008, features new songs like Destiny co-written by Pete Hoxell (Lead Guitarist) and Lou Leach (Vocalist). Also included were“Never Say Never” and “The Undergrad”, which were written by Pete Hoxell and performed with the original members in the early 1990’s. MP3’s of the songs from the EP CD are available on mp3 format at Amazon.com and itunes.

Badd Habitt is currently working on a new CD. The songs are all coming together and the band plans to release the new CD in early 2010. The CD will be a full length CD with 10 to 12 songs on it. So stay tuned for the release of the upcoming new CD that follows up to the Destiny Ep released in 2008.
£leTriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check £leTriKa out!
