Bad Gass is Tim Bliven ,Tim Herman, Taylor Frazier & Mike "Basil" Ternyik .. The 2 Tim's have finished a new CD with Ivan de Prume of White Zombie... after which Ivan found other projects to do. We have found probably one of the Best In the NW to replace him in.... Mike "Basil" Ternyik from ( Sweaty Nipples, Supernaught, Melody Butchers & was a touring drummer for Everclear). So the shows listed will be with "Basil" and a new CD is being done with him.... Tim Bliven formed Bad Gass way back in 2005, the band has had many different players. Tim Bliven, Tim Herman & Taylor Frazier & Mike "Basil" Terynik are the members of this group... with one day a jam with our friend "Marti Shapland" filling in when schedules conflict.. we look forward to getting her into the circle :).... Check out the tunes Please! We have a Live rendition of LED ZEPPELIN'S "Moby Dick" that we preformed at the Ed Forman Comedy show at Dante's in Portland that was FANTASTIC! With an awesome drum solo by Ivan de Prume and Tim Bliven's Guitar Solo... The songs "Devil's Hand", "Cool Hippie Chicks", "The Past", " Soulless Vanity"& "To Heart" are on our upcoming CD to be released sometime in 2009.... Tim Bliven also has a solo site besides being the founder of BAD GASS and Songwriter. He just recently completed his solo CD "I Wanna Be President" which has the song "Forefathers", "Northern Baked", "Southern Fried" & "Let's Go" and many other tunes in that stylist juandra.... The "Forefathers" version here was timed to be 4:20 long from the first guitar strum to last word, Rock On!!

BAD GASS is music that will make you want to dance, sing and laugh.... With a wide variety of style from Bluegrass to Heavy Metal but mostly just Raw Rock.. With Tim B's heavy influence from Jimmy Page and Tim H's influence from Stevie Ray Vaughn you'll always have a surpise coming!!
The music is always changing and Tim's book of songs has several hundred more to do, besides the 30 so far recorded with various Musicians from around the area
