BAD GASS is: Tim Bliven, Tim Herman, Taylor Frazier & Mike "Basil" Ternyik... Formed in 2005 has come along ways... 2009 seen us play Washington, Idaho & Oregon, Recorded & become great friends with Ivan de Prume, the original founding drummer of WHITE ZOMBIE.. Ivan even preformed 3 shows with us in late 2008 with a Live rendition of "Moby Dick" we did at Dante's in Portland Or that was Fantastic and up here for your enjoyment... He may in the future do some more shows with us... Mike "BASIL" Ternyik came to the band Halloween 2008 and has become the permenant Precussionist.. Hooray!! Touring drummer with Everclear & Sweaty Nipples and born with sticks... 2009 also gave us the chance to share the stage with members of the JERRY GARCIA BAND & CAROLE KING BAND (The Maykers) and was a great time... The tune's up are from Tim Bliven's solo CD "I wanna be President" and the New Bad Gass CD "Cool Hippie Chicks" Both available at links on the page and in a blog .... 2010 looks to take us much farther then before, so keep an eye BAD GASS may be coming to your neighborhood...
BAD GASS is music that will make you want to dance, sing and laugh.... With a wide variety of style from Bluegrass to Heavy Metal but mostly just Raw Rock.. With Tim B's heavy influence from Jimmy Page and Tim H's influence from Stevie Ray Vaughn you'll always have a surpise coming!!
The music is always changing and Tim's book of songs has several hundred more to do, besides the 30 so far recorded with various Musicians from around the area
