We've all been kicking around the music scene for more years than we care to remember - chance meetings and introductions led to the formation of the band in the summer of 2005.
Playing the music we love in a relaxed atmosphere and the emphasis on having fun was our common ideal - we all felt comfortable from the first rehearsal. Playing to an enthusiastic 'in your face' audience is what presses our buttons!

ONE-OFF GIG FOR ASHBURTON As part of my policy of bringing top-quality music to the Westcountry, I'm delighted to announce that the fabulous WILDCARDS will be appearing at Ashburton Town Hall on Saturday November 8! Those of you that saw and heard this stupendous band at the Ashburton Blues Festival will know how truly incredible their mixture of Rockabilly, Blues, Jazz, South American, Rhumba, and pure Voodoo is. Frontman Vince Lee is one of the most electrifying performers around. He blew the audience away in the Town Hall, and, due to popular demand, the band will be back to warm you up as the November nights draw in. The Wildcards will be supported by the other hit of the Festival, SMOKESTACK whose raw 50's Blues Rock had the place jumping! This will be a night to kick off your shoes and bop!!
