About the Band : Bad Medicine are a four piece Rock band who where formally known as Redfish & now with a new singer are making a come back as Bad Medicine Tribute to rock. They do covers of all the big 80's rock hits from bands such as, Billy Idol, Whitesnake,Van Halen, Deep Purple, Bryan Adams & more, They also love to pay tribute to there Idols Bon Jovi and do a whole second set of Bonjovi's greatest hits.
JERRY (JONBON) BLAY : FRONTMAN/VOCALS. Jerry has been out of the live band scene for a few years, but is now back in action with Bad Medicine. It would be a crime for him not to sing live,his great vocals are a cross between Jon Bon Jovi,Bryan Adams and a little Axl Rose. Powerful and melodic, he is the perfect rock band frontman!
EQUIPMENT USED: P.A,microphone,mouth.
STEVE (SAMBORA) GLADMAN : LEAD GUITAR & BACKING VOCALS. Steve is a huge Richie Sambora fan, his tone and playing style is like the man himself (even the signature fender strat). Steve's style has been described as melodic,gutsy and even some die hard Bon Jovi fans have said he nails the soulful playing of Sambora. A very versatile player!
EQUIPMENT USED: Fender Sambora Strat,Gibson Les Paul STD,Peavey amps,Bare Knuckle pickups,Blackstar pedals,custom cabs,Dez's gaffer tape.
DEZ (HUGH) LOVER : BASS GUITAR & BACKING VOCALS. Dez is the rock solid bass player who keeps everything together and grooving along. A really tight player who knows how the bass should be played in a rock band, great deep tone and a superb backing singer. Rock on!
EQUIPMENT USED:Warwick 5 string Streamer,Musicman 5 string Stingray,Hartke 3500 (350watt) head with 2 x 10 and 1 x 15 Hartke Transporter cabs,Shure SM58 microphone,Bandanas.
NEIL (TICO) FELTHAM : DRUMS. Neil is the powerhouse drummer in Bad Medicine.Solid,heavy and always plays what is needed for the song. A real tasty player who really rocks live. A cross betweem Tico Torres and Alex Van Halen (minus the roto toms).
EQUIPMENT USED: Mapex Drums, Zilijian Cymbals, Vic Firth Sticks, Pearl Hardware, Evans Heads
