Casey, Dave and Kirk got together in 1994 on a dark and stormy night that saw Kirk drive an hour and half through a heavy March blizzard. After his no-doubt-about-it audition with old band mates Dave and Casey, the three added a second guitarist, and all four gelled quickly into a powerful classic rock quartet. Later, many influences, including reggae, soul, country, and original aspirations brought Bad Monkey to its current roots music power trio status. As Casey often says, "That's a lot of music for three people!"
Bad Monkey strives to bring you a new perspective on your old favorites and maybe take you someplace musically you've never been before. Let us get you out of your radio rut and get you dancing to something you hadn't thought of.
