In 1992 a group of working class musicians decided to get together and form a band in which they could have a laugh, play a selection of upbeat infectious music and ultimately, never have to do a ‘proper’ job again!
Over sixteen years later, Badness has grown into the ultimate Ska/2Tone revival experience, constantly travelling the UK with tours of Israel, Germany, Spain, Greece, Belgium, France and the Caribbean under their belts.
Badness take pride in the fact that they are the ONLY fully live ska-revival band throughout the UK, playing songs ranging from floor filling classics like ‘Baggy Trousers’ and ‘One Step Beyond’ of Madness to the eerie sound of ‘Ghost Town’ by The Specials and the bouncing tunes of Bad Manners Whatever the age group, whatever the venue, Badness captivate the whole sound and era of the movement that was known as ‘the British Ska Invasion’ of the 1970s & 80s, put across in their own unique, and often comical way.
Be prepared for aching feet, because you're not gonna leave the dance floor!!

This Thursday we start our new music night, Showcase at the calli, with free entry bottles, pints and spirits at Only £2 and live music from I, Said The Spy .
Then from midnight it's the tone junkies and friends with the offers continuing all night until 2am!
Friday is the Rock show free entry before 10pm and £4 after drinks offers and jagermeister shots£1 and Jagerbombs only £1. 75, three dj's across three stages includeing our outdoor provilion stage with BBQ
Saturday we have live music from Dumpys Rusty Nuts 20th aniversary special
Sunday is acustic night with music from the Danny and Dave Show.
