bums is a crew composed by calhoun and remsey lef, two guys with different talents, as they can be parties dj's/battles dj's for contests like dance, graffiti, skateboard but also beat makers, interviewers, mixtapers, radio dj's and events organizers they have already collaborated with a lot of actives members of the Strasbourg Hip-hop scene they airs a classic old school mid 90's hip hop show on a local radio called RBS 91.9 FM (www.radiorbs.com) since nearly 5 years every wednesday 8 pm til 10 pm with some extra guests from all over the world they are also the creators of the unique parties called Bad Underground Mind Sleepers sort of a melting pot of all the good stuff you can find in and around the hip-hop culture on the interviews side they have met : O.C / Heltah Skeltah / Masta Ace / Keith Murray / Patrice / Saul Williams / Rocé / Fonky Family / I Am / Soprano (Psy 4 de la Rime) / le Puzzle / Emanon / Medaphoar / Mafia K'1 Fry / El P. (ex Company Flow) / Public Enemy / Wildchild / Mr Dibbs / Beat Assaillant / Dj Netik (W.C 2006) they got a lot of connexions in the german underground hip-hop : Offenbourg / Karlsruhe / Freiburg / Frankfort / Dusseldorf / Stuttgart / Heidelberg just to name some towns where they have mixed in parties or contests or even on the radio ( radio Querfunk Karlsruhe ) but they are not only dj's, as a beatmaker Remsey Lef works with hip-hop groups on stage live.
