various from travelling to discovering and creating new things...but i guess my heart lies in music and dance, an language that is international and hardly misunderstood compared to the other languages people use to communicate...oh not to forget nature...i love nature and being outside, like with really good friends back home:-)
since art has always been part of my being..i cant leave out poetry.i love to write and to express my thoughts, doubts, emotions and anger in to a playground of words...where it is up to the reader to make up his/her mind what the meaning of the poem leads to.i think, writing is a way to clean yourself...like a daily wash for the soul and mind..at least that is what it does for me and that is how i can relax
Music
mmh..from skunk to bjoerk, nina simone, the noissettes, erykah badu, led zeppelin to beethoven i could say..very various and open towards music as itself..i guess that's why i am finding it hard to develop my own style and taste...i love too much a bit of all...tribal,metal,punk jazzz .....oh god there is so much out there and unfortunately people try to categorize music directions all the time, instead of chilling out and just enjoying not trying to analyze and understand...just enjoying and appreciating
Movies
i love watching movies but i guess i love the ones that stay within my thoughts for a while and puzzle me and make me question..like city of god, sarafina, bowling for columbine.....oh not to forget amelie, the pianist, goodbye lenin and recently(feb/2006)i saw brokeback mountain, which i must say was excellent
Television
what a waste
Books
hermann hesse, narziss und goldmund and actually all of his books..erich fromm the art of love, waris darie desert flower, all of kaestners and nietzsche's books..
..
Heroes
children..as they are less currupted than us with a remarkable instinct
Who I'd like to meet: who i would really also like and love to meet is miriam makeba....i am glad to have found her on myspace.com....she is my true inspiration to everything in life and what it has tought me till now.i guess one would also say interesting people, but i think where ever you seem to be in this crazy world you will always meet someone interesting and sometimes a special person that marks your perseption towards everything you thought to have known, but clearly see what was not known and therefore discover.....

Please feel free to grab a hold of me & introduce yourself..

The truest form of art is inside each and every person. What we create in this world, what we do, anything new, any form, any way, is your very own. What a person does with his creations are entirely up to him.
Create your life!

Thought you might find this mildly amusing... It's the mini-movie of me & Queen Elizabeth II playing poker... It features my good mate Leo Sayer (yes, the 70's pop icon!) as the Queen and is now viewable on the web, courtesy of the folks at youtube.com (although whoever copied it to youtube unfortunately clipped off the punchline at the very end!)..
It also features a guest appearance from Little Britain's Steve Furst....
A nutty little performance, but it was a good laugh doing it!
You can see it on either my myspace page or at youtube:
We just wanted to say a quick thank you for your continued support throughout 2006!
We are looking forward to some interesting things happening this year and hope to see you soon!
The numbers 11:11 are completely balance with the masculine and feminine, right and wrong, good and evil. To constantly notice it, is to understand that someone, SOMEWHERE is trying to tell you something…LISTEN. Close your eyes and become one with the unseen universe. LEARN that its powers will guide you. On this day take the TIME to experience its amazing power. FORGET NOT - that its 11/11/06 ALL DAY….. and you need to MAKE MANY WISHES all day!
