Goofy New Technique

I am always looking for new ways to use my daily routine as an opportunity to train. Late at night I typically do work on the computer and I thought that since the cold winter is rapidly approaching, I would find ways of using that time.

Instead of bundling up when it gets cold, I will simply do a form, or some conditioning etc whenever I get cold... then I will return to my machine. I imagine this will keep me busy training all night whenever I am working on stuff late at night.
