3 Weeks

For the next three weeks I will be running the kwoon solo. This is a very intimidating thing. I am just a student, but I need to rise to the challenge.
I have decided to try structuring the classes this way:

first classes of the week:
- conditioning (horse stance, iron circle, cardio, etc)
- fighting and application techniques (including eskrima stick work)

second classes of the week:
- stretching
- traditional stances
- forms or other 'traditional' techniques

I have done this one week so far and it seems to be working out pretty well. I will have to post updates here.
