| General | I know a little about most everything. And much about some things. I am most interested in listening to the thoughts and understandings of others. | | Movies | I am a movie fanatic. My taste in movies is eclectic. I particularly like foreign movies because they give me a fresh perspective. There are three criteria that make me like a movie: empathy for the characters, it makes me think, and it somehow surprises me. I like romance stories "Heaven can wait". I like silly comedies like "caddy shack" and "groundhog day". One of my all time favorites is "Babette's Feast'. About me:
As we go through life there are many things we could have done better, or at least differently. I am no differenl. I think that we each have far more in common with each other than we have that make us each unique. Our natural suspicion and individualistic fervor sometimes obscures the unity of spirit that should hold us together. I know that I have done some good in this world by the people who love me. I know that I have done some wrong by the people who reject me. All considered I have done pretty well and face each day with joy and gratitude.

Who I'd like to meet:
There is something interesting about everyone. I often look at the faces of strangers and wonder what they are thinking, look in the face of a woman and wonder what it would be like to see that face each day across a table. There is something beautiful in each and every face. It is not that I really want to meet anyone in particular, but there is something to love in each of us.
