Hows Everyone Been Down There? I Have Been Out Since February With A Broken Foot In Case BBJJ Didnt Know. Its Pretty Much Healed, Plan On Me Being Back In June! Haha. Hope Everyone Down There Is Doing Okay?
I'm good. i got my cast off and i have a brace. last week on monday i got in a car accident. i was in the passenger seat and the other car hit my door at about 50 mph. how im alive idk lol but i am. it stumped the paramedics. they forced to the hospital i was so mad cause im fine. i get surgery soon to get pins taken out of my leg. hopefully i'll be back by summer. tell matt and jill i said hi.
after saturday class me and keeling are going on a road march roughly 2.5 to 3 miles long if anyone else is interested in joining us your more than welcome to come along. Keep in mind we dont really try to kill ourselfs during this run its more for mental toughness after training hard on the mat.

I watched Cobb's fight on sherdog all the way down here in TX and was yelling at my computer. He kicked some serious ass. Chalk up another win via RNC. Go Cobb.
