A message from Randy:

Hi All,
There has been a lot of information in the local media lately, and a lot of speculation about Stockdale's closing. I wanted to take a moment to correct a misconception and clear one thing up.
A lot of folks had instruments or equipment in the store for repair. There has been speculation about what will happen with all of these instruments. Because this is a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the store and everything in it is now in the control of the trustee. I have told him the situation, and he is aware that there are quite a few instruments in the store that do not belong to Stockdale and need to be returned to their owners. All of these instruments, and all of the equipment, is clearly tagged and the trustee will be contacting the owners to arrange for pick up. It is not my desire, nor is it the desire of the trustee to keep any gear that doesn't belong to the store.
Please be patient with him, he has a full case load and is working through it as quickly as possible.
