BAKTRAK, based between Cardiff and Pontypridd are fully self-contained and have the equipment that allow them to play not only the coziest of venues, but also the larger clubs and pubs.
A little about us !
Sue has been singing in pubs and clubs for many years. In September 2003 Sue joined the Pontypridd based band Stopwatch.
Sues first musical performance was recorded live, by her dad, on his reel-to-reel tape recorder, she was at the tender age of 2 and was giving an impromptu rendition of the Beatles Hit " She loves you Yeah Yeah Yeah " in her front room.
Sues voice has been commented on, by many as one of the best female voices on the pub and club circuit and she is not afraid to sing accapella (without music), no mean feat.
Steve started to learn the guitar at the age of 15, although rumour has it that before he started playing a " Real " guitar he played air guitar for T.Rex on their world tour of his bedroom. His fascination for this instrument has never wavered and has added to his collection of them over the years.
Steve has played in a number of bands over the years playing in and around the Mid Glamorgan area.
Steve and Sue met in 2004 and romance blossomed, he then joined the band Stopwatch where Sue was the lead singer.
