Everything! FAN Review by micky222 on Balance INC's itunes page Balance INC Zero 1! WOW ***** (Five Stars) Wow. It hit me in the face, it was like the first time I heard the Beatles. Balance INC Zero 1! Is without doubt the best album I have heard in the past 10 years. Music Ninja blew me away, that is a breakthrough single if I ever heard one. I agree with the last guy who commented, Just Notes is a revelation, the drum sound is slightly rough, but don’t let that fool you, the heart of the song is in the pure, heartfelt melody, a song to rival anything by Jeff Buckley in the emotional stakes, and shock pretenders such as Vai, Satriani and Beck to their very core. These guys are undoubtedly destined for greatness. When (if not) this album makes it’s way into the wider public conciseness it will single handedly pull the world out of the current financial downturn and revive the glory years in a way not seen since the advent of sliced bread. Streets is a joy, Bop to Zack Zog, a triumph, Blow Your Head Off, a hilarious satire. If you don’t buy this album you are depriving yourself. I myself am homeless and have no money, however I went without food in order to buy this record and since then I have floated around the streets of Blackpool in a musical trance. This album saved my life and I love everyone involved. When I can afford it I hope Album Two does this much for me, pure talent, a true musical masterpiece. Balance INC	Jun 24 2009 9:13 AM Sumo slammed over users' video clips * Buzz up! * Digg it * Chris Tryhorn * guardian.co.uk, Monday 28 January 2008 13.07 GMT * Article history Sumo TV Sumo TV: users can upload videos on its website Ofcom today issued a stern warning to broadcasters over user-generated content after ruling against two clips screened by Sumo TV. The media regulator said it was concerned that some TV channels were putting too much responsibility for complying with its broadcasting code on the creators of user-generated clips rather than performing sufficient checks themselves. Today's warning came as Ofcom slapped down Sumo for two clips broadcast on its Sky digital channel in July last year, three months before former Loaded editor James Brown joined the broadcaster as creative and editorial director. One of the clips featured an expletive-strewn rap including references to incest, anal sex and illicit drug use, while the other showed a child being "deliberately distressed" by an adult. "Ofcom is extremely concerned at the compliance decisions Sumo TV has made in these cases," the watchdog ruled in its latest broadcast bulletin, published today. "In light of this finding, the measures taken and the reasoning it has used to interpret the code, Sumo TV should be advised that any future breaches of this nature may result in further regulatory action being considered." Ofcom said that Sumo's approach to ensuring material complied with its code for broadcast, as set out in its terms and conditions on the Sumo TV website, was "wholly inadequate". "The broadcaster appears to place the onus of ensuring any material broadcast is compliant with the code on suppliers such as the general public," Ofcom said in its report. Ofcom expressed particular concern about the film - apparently a mobile phone video - of an adult frightening a young boy of around five years of age.
