Crumbs, I like all sorts. I LOVE metal, electronica, glitch, breakbeat, breakcore, Devin Townsend, Björk. I LIKE drum n bass, tech/trance, some rock, plus loads of other stuff. | | Movies | My DVD collection (around 100 titles) is about 40% non-English. Love independent stuff, comedy kung-fu (esp Jet Li, Jackie Chan), action (esp John Woo, Luc Besson), Tarantino, Rodriguez, Burton, anime, somehow manage to love most films with Johnny Depp, Adam Sandler, Steve Buscemi or (to a lesser extent) Bruce Willis. Any film that's visually or mentally challenging or pleasing gets my vote!! Sin City is a recent fave. | | Television | SOUTH PARK, Futurama, Family Guy, Simpsons, Mark Thomas Comedy Product, Life on Mars, that's about it. So much rubbish on TV these days, and 46 channels of it. Much better to buy your favourite series on DVD than watch it on the tele, and it also saves you the TV licence fee. Least favourite programs are generally "reality" TV, which are usually so far detached from reality that they should be sued under the trades descriptions act or something. | | Books | I don't devote nearly enough time to reading... as such I can reel off a list of all the books I've read in about 2 minutes, here goes! George Orwell - 1984; CS Lewis - Chronicles of Narnia, The Screwtape Letters, Out Of The Silent Planet; Lothar Gunther Büchheim - The Boat (Das Boot); Marilyn Manson - The Long Hard Road Out Of Hell; JRR Tolkein - The Hobbit; Nick Horby - 31 Songs. Possibly more when I was a wee bairn but I can't think right now :) Currently reading through Al Franken - Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them, which is both amusing yet annoying to read.
