Over the years I have been in different bands such as Southern Tradition, Cold Shot, Overdrive, 4 To Nothing, Bourbon Alley, Coley & The Cruisers, Dixie Tradition, Landry & Company, and many others. Right now I'm playing drums in a really kickin' band called JIVE CIRCUS and am fronting a band called SWAMPVIBE where I'm singing and playing guitar. Both of these bands are really good, and I'm really blessed to be playing with the musicians in these bands.
This is BOURBON ALLEY at the 2008 Mudbug Madness Festival in Shreveport, La. My son, Landry, was sitting in playing guitar with us.

Influences
I grew up on Country, Southern Rock and Blues. I really like that style and sound of music. My big influences are Lynyrd Skynyrd, Ted Nugent, ZZ Top, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Casting Crowns, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, AC/DC, Merle Haggard, Motley Crue, Jeremy Camp, B.B. King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Van Halen, Robert Randolph, John Meyer, Marc Broussard, Cowboy Mouth, Eric Clapton, Allman Brothers, Johnny Winter, George Jones, Ray Charles, Mercy Me, Transiberian Orchestra, 3 Doors Down, Charlie Daniels, and anything that sounds good. As you can see, I like all kinds of music, but my biggest influences are God and my family.
Born March 26, 1974 in Shreveport, Louisiana, I grew up with the gift of being a drummer. I never took any lessons, only watched my dad play and
took in all I could. Over the years I've learned to play bass and enough guitar to help me with my songwriting. I'm a full-time firefighter and when I'm not at work I'm usually playing, writing, or recording music (sometimes even when I'm at work). I've been blessed to have played with some really great bands and have met some really great famous people. Some of the songs on here I wrote myself (like The Simple Life and Hackberry), others are cover songs that I've recorded with bands that I've played with throughout the years.
