Cuban and all carribean music,flamenco guitarists such as Paco de Lucia,jazz music and personalities such as Gabor Winand,Paquito di Rivera,and my biggest influence and master Elsa Valle
Got my first guitar when I was 10,at the age of 14 already knew I want to be a musician.After trying out rock,classical I started to dig myself in to acoustic guitar music,basically influenced by the great guitar trio of Paco de Lucia,Al di Meola,John Mc Laughlin.After a few years of flamenco "crazyness" my wiev opened for the music of Latin-America,later meeting Elsa Valle fell in love with Cuba.Being a student of Elsa Valle studied cuban folk music and jazz theory from Gabor Winand. I have the greatest pleasure to be able to play in one of Elsa Valle's group Rumba Caliente,and to play the guitar on its album titled "Salsa y Picante" with Ramón Valle,Omar Rodriguez Calvo and Nils Fischer in the "rhytm section" In the future I wish to record my ideas that come from a great mix of cuban,spanish and jazz music...
