About me:
We make traditional balsamic vinegar in Castelnuovo Rangone, near Modena, Italy. Our vinegar is aged following the tradition we inherited from centuries ago, in darkness and silence, in barrels of different woods (durmast oak, chestnut, acacia, ash, cherry), which give our balsamic vinegar their precious aromas.
Year after year, thanks to the sweltering summers and cold winters of Modena, our vinegar ripens, and develops the flavors and smells that make it unequalled worldwide. Choose among 12, 18, 25 and 40-year old balsamic vinegar.
