Bambu Records est un nouveau label français créé durant l'été 2007 par Julien Hoo et Olivier Pansu. La politique musicale de ce label est de s'apparenter au style electro-minimal, tout en gardant sa propre identité issue du sud de la France. Bambú est le fruit d’un regroupement de jeunes artistes passionnés par la musique électronique. L’objectif est de produire et promouvoir cette nouvelle vague et de créer un réel collectif aux ambitions communes.
Bambú records is a new french label created in summer 2007 by julien houssard & olivier pansu . The musical policy of this new label is to approach in the style of most of electro-minimal labels, while keeping its own identity resulting from the south of france. Bambú is the result of a group of young artists passionate about electronic music. The aim is to produce and promote this new wave and create a real common collective ambitions.

Olivier Pansu & Julien Hoo is a french duo (from Montpellier), They have been djing for 10 years, playing in many festivals and french clubs like Villa Rouge, Bar Live, Spartacus, Inox... In 2006, they decided to produce music together. They signed their first released on the compilation of "Musik Discover". From their common passion is born their own label: Bambú Records.
SEBASTIEN THIBAUD
Sébastien Thibaud (also known under the name of « Cebb ») started djing in the mid eighties. In 2000, his career reaches a turning point with the opening of the Barlive After where he becomes the resident dj. He released an Ep on the famous french label scandium records (Different ep) and signed with Nhar on the new french label bambú rec. For our greater pleasure Sebastien do the first ep of Time Has Changed Records....
NHAR Making his first steps in production with the 22 Crew, he is now mainly working on his own eponym solo project and since 2005 he start to release vynil stuffs on various labels like Plak, Mobilee, Modelisme but also exclusive digital releases on both Plex and (again) Plak... Nhar's music could be described as a mix between low minimal wounded grooves and deviant but funky tech/house sequences, a certain kind of minimal techno with both chimic and melancholic influences, always aim to the hypnotic moments in music, he plays some tricks in your mind. Listen carefully... About the stage side, Nhar is still deejaying various kind of records after 7 years behind the decks, and also live sessions, thanks to a complete hardware setup...
PAUL NAZCA
Paul Nazca is an unusual character. A DJ who deliberately lives in a rural area of Southern France, in a mill surrounded by olive trees. An artist who produces olive oil with his brother but whose techno productions are clearly urban. Since he produced his first LP in 2000 .It started off with acid house The story begins towards the end of the 80s. The boy was young, but already fond of the acid sounds he then discovered on the radio. He had never set foot in a club – being underage he was unable to do so. Not to worry – alone in his room, in Fontvieille (a tiny village near Arles where he still lives), Paul relentlessly gathered information about this new type of music. He read specialised magazines, bought some gear and decks… and learnt on his own, little by little.
Scandium By the beginning of the 90s, the young man regularly attended rave parties. He still didn’t dance, but was getting more and more interested in producing electronic music. He met André from Virtual Age, a famous band in Southern France and with him, he learnt even more. In 1999, the two boys went one step further by founding Scandium Records.
Les musiques de mon moulin In 2003, techno was having a hard time. Those who produced electroclash were still doing well and the minimal wave was about to become big. But yet again, Paul didn’t really care: his first album, Les Musiques de mon moulin, reflects his debut – a blend of old school techno and pure electro, of ravey, dark and dreamlike tunes.
Pictures of now In 2004 and 2005, Paul slowed down on production. Too much in fact… But he came back in 2006. First through Scandium: with André, he launched the Picture of Now mixed CD series. The same year, Paul Nazca released three killer records in a row. Ranran on FU !...Fcom, Scandale on Boxer and Nice to be here on BPitch Control. And things aren’t looking any different today: Giant Wheel, home to John Dahlback, H-Man and Christopher Just) has fallen for the Frenchie and will shortly be releasing Legend.
MAXIME DANGLES
Born in 1985, Maxime Dangles discovered the night's world for his younger age. He founded him behind his platins to 15 years old. The "virus" got him, the music became his passion.
Born in the informatic generation, he understand that the preponderant place that a PC can have for complement for a DJ. In search on himself, he effects lots of remix club or RnB for the Dj's for discotheque in his region.
In 2004, aged of 19 years old, he takes down is first residence in of discotheque the most quoted in the region "Valentinoise".
He catch a glimpse rapidely the relation between the public and himself; the musical gap is in gratuate accentuation.
Electro fan, "Villa rouge" faithfull, of "Dune"and especially of "Bar live", he arrives difficultly to make accept his music.
In 2005, he prefers to let his residence rather to work for fee. The music became his passion, the lucrative aspect isn't his priority, he prefers the production. His first titles are tested in summer night 2006 by friends Djs.
In front of positive reaction of the dancefloors, he decides to send his productions in aout. First dispatch, first success, he fate his first single " Noemie" in september on the Deutsch label KOMPACT ( Speicher 39). His second single "POF 807" is coming soon on the label K2 021 in january.
The beginning of a great story? Only future can say that, but it's already a beautiful human adventure...
N'TO
was born in Marseille in 1985. His love story with music started in his early childhood with his parents icons. He started learning guitar when he was ten years old and could never give up making music since then.
After beeing a 70's rock lover for years, one day, he discovered something he never heard before, that was Underworld (everything everything). This masterpiece of techno music opened him to techno and electronic musics. Since 2004 N'To produces his own electro music, while he never stopped making all other kinds of music. Influenced by minimal and techno artists such as James Holden, Extrawelt and Stephan Bodzin, his electronic working is recognizable by his using of smoothy melodies surrounded by efficient minimal rhythms. He also composes more hip/trip hop and accoustic music.
DAVID DURANGO
Born on October.22.1977, David Durango from the true name David Duràn is interested as of the age of thirteen for the music of the big smile, THE ACID HOUSE. Having much some frequentation in the hip-hop tribe, his passion for the graffiti goes very quickly to the djing, and at the age of fifteen years old, he deceided to invest in material to be able to push his first vinyls. Liking much all the phenomenon of the Switzerland’s raves in the 90's, the techno, the trance and the hard-tech have a great influence on David. Then he goes to the house-parties of the swiss-french area and gradually starts to take down some bookings and play his music with a public audience and approaching the sound that is the best appropriate to him: THE TECH-HOUSE. In 2000, he crossed the way of Ceyda (vocals), Greg (percussion.) and David (guitars) and starts to discover the electronic machines and creating the group Coma Blank and composing some electro-pop-rock tracks. Unfortunately after a great repertory and a live well in hand, the band deceided to have a definitive break in 2004 for professionals reasons. In 2005 he meet SPIKE, the big boss of the webradio TRASH DOT DASH, where he becomes in a little time one of the resident’s dj. He likes this music so much and all its time is devoted to the production and to leave his own production on Labels and Net Labels. Today David Durango is dj as much than a music producer and growing every day to continue his dreams of little kid.
PEDRO BUCARELLI
Reasonably new to the scene Pedro began his DJ career in 2005, spinning at clubs and events such as 'DV1', 'Nuit Sonores' and 'Transbordeur' in Lyon.
Since then his career has seen him play at clubs not only in his native France but also in Germany and Switzerland.
During this time, his first production was released on 'Helvet Underground' and 2007 saw his second EP also on the same label.
Upon Followed some remixes for Cristian Paduraru, Christian Quast ... and releases on Zoo Recordings, Amazone Audio, Acid Milk Rec (with his duet Green Digital).
MASI OKA
Masi Oka, from his real name Jérôme Blanche, was born in 1982 in Paris area. From his youth, he has been immersed in a very particular musical world. In the mid 90's, he used to listen to artists such as Carl Cox or Laurent Garnier. Although giving interest to lots of diffrent types of music, he is of course much more attracted to techno sounds. At his arrival in Marseille in the beggining of the 2000's, he felt in love with a new-born electronic movement based on german vibes.
Regular dancer of famous underground clubs in south of France (Spartacus club and Barlive), he enriched his musical culture and developed specific sensitivities.
He then starts producing tracks at home, with a german-minimal touch. Back in 2005, he met Mikael (aka IMmek), his future acolyte and friend, who teach him the art of spinning.
They played together in many clubs from Marseille and acquired a residence at the "WetmixonthePool" parties of La Piscine.
LARRY FLINT
34 years ago, Krystel AKA Larry Flint, was born in Marseille south of France. She has been an electronic music passionate for many years but started doing her own creations only in 2002. The same year, she comes out on Jennifer Cardini's label 2:Records, then on Sarah Goldfarb and Redwan's net label Indigomagenta and on Someone else's net label Unfoundsound. Her music tends to be dancefloor oriented and carries us through many atmospheres such as madness, melancholy or sensualism
DEMIAN
French DJ and musician, he's had his residency at famous club PAGOA, in Northern Spain, for over five year. During his sets, DAMIEN PONTONNIER aka Démian, has always left a fantastic impression in the audience, no matter where or when. Actually, he is the pioneer of the minimal-electro sound in hi region, and made an outstanding contribution to its development by booking the leading stars in the international scene. He shares his booth with Nathan Joy, his partner and associate, and both are the founders and resident djs at legendary "Pagoa Night" parties at Sala Pagoa (Oiartzun/ Gipuzkoa). The main features of this party are the resident djs' uncomparble talent and, obviously, a superb avant-garde programmation. Démian is an excellent dj and promoter, but he's also a superb music producer, creating levitating patterns of magic sound with elevating effects for the mind and heart..."It Is A Clone EP" (Bambu, Ltd 07) will be released in May 2008 by Bambu Records, one of the most promising labels in the French scene. A bright future awaits for this artist, and he wont stop urging us to keep dreaming of his amazing sessions, full of love and dislove, sweetness and bitterness. His music has the power to hook any heart inmediatly and make anybody dance... A unique experience, a show full of emotions and dreams is offered to you; an incredible occasion you wouldn't like to miss.
NATHAN JOY
Native of the west south of France, twenty six years old, Nathan Joy is the new revelation of the minimal electro sound. His DJ carrier begins in 2000 and after several residences in differents clubs, he joins DEMIAN in the mythical dance hall PAGOA in 2006, for his first residence in Spain. He delivers in his DJ sets a rare quality sound with coloured mixes,powerful basses and stranges melodic lines.He played with famous artists. In 2007 he creates with DEMIAN and DAMON JEE the famous party concept "PAGOA NIGHT".
RON FLATTER

Ron Flatter is a synonym for warm, groovy techhouse & well selected trancy melodies. All around Europe DJ Ron Flatter is known and respected for his passionate dj-sets full of love & interaction with his crowd… he performs to put a smile on your face…but also to drop killer undegroundtunes…no pop shit…! He & his labelcrew will start this autumn their from “am to PM tour”. He just released his ZECADA EP on KARATE KLUB, which is a huge success on European Dancefloors. VANDALZ SEQUENCY
VANDALZ SEQUENCY, it is meeting between Mickael Davis aka Dolby D (Mirage, UMF, Independence, Impact Mechanik, Kazoo) and Nicolas Cuer (Infinity, Power Underground). Musically very opened, they have the contentment of the dancefloor as line of sight. Every piece being all very different, their orientation calls to the smiles of the public. Having supported by different acknowledged artists such as Kiko, Electric Rescue, Dalcan or Jun X, they transmit their energy across a delightful live. At first influenced by the techno, they explore every branch it attaching to electronic music of the new wave in new tendencies by way of the industrialist. New plans will come into the world this year.
RAALROHM
Paul Raal first heard Matthias Rohm mixing techno at the donau bar in vienna. he was impressed by the strong build up and dusky atmosphere, whereas most djs tend to keep their sets static. soon they found a way of expressing their different musical backgrounds together. paul, who pioneered vienna's ebm and industrial scene in the early 90s, was influenced by and is collecting analog synthesizers, matthias started djing 1998 with hiphop & turntablism but soon got caught by electronic sounds, techno respectively."
CED
Ced was born in Nimes, in 1980,
His teenage years were spent Partying, Jamming with friends.. But he needed more than that, He really fell in love with techno / electro sound and fascinated by the process of Dj'ing / Production.
So, he started spinning records and learnt about music production, and some years later, began to sign his tracks on european labels, Googoo records, Regular records, Mpdigital, and so on..
He's also a co-director of the french upcomming label : Scander records
