A banda passou por várias situações, participando da cena underground local em shows com bandas de todos estilos, do punk ao rock tradicional, se enquadrando melhor na nova safra de bandas de Porto Alegre que vem se criando que podemos chamar de "new metal", a banda tocou em diversos festivais e casas noturnas de Porto Alegre e interior do estado, sempre impondo o seu ritmo e construindo a bagagem e a maturidade necessária que possibilita a King Size encarar qualquer tipo de show.
Sempre com muita vontade mostrando sua sonoridade única e refinada, a KS segue diversas influencias, do rock mais tradicional, viajando pelo rap e o metal em todas suas vertentes e variações.

O objetivo da King Size é evoluir e prosperar com muita ousadia nas harmonias e nas letras. O ano de 2007 inicia como o mais importante da história para a banda, pois através do mais novo selo independente do sul do Brasil, SHEEP RECORDS, o grupo lança o primeiro CD oficial “DESAFIO ALADO INCONSEQUENTE”, produzido pelo vocalista Lês. O disco apresenta 12 faixas que mostram muito bem os objetivos e a atitude desta banda que têm recebido elogios e destaque da crítica especializada e do público em geral, já sendo cogitada nas rádios e programas de Tv do Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina e Paraná..
