Sounds Like	Imagine that you're walkin' in a jungle and you start to listen all the sounds of animals, wind, and trees. The sound is so hypnotic and rythmic that your hips start to swing and you just have to take some forró dance steps. Few seconds later you've lost completely the control of your body and you find yourself dancing with some stranger. Only thing that comes to your lips is Banda Madrugada

About Banda Madrugada

Banda Madrugada is a Finnish forró group found in 2006. The dance orchestra previously known as Miau and the Boys plays forró music from North-East of Brazil. Playing the traditional pair dance music with a cheerful and fresh touch Banda Madrugada has always put hips swinging and made floors bounce from barn dance parties to Brazilian music clubs.

Banda Madrugada plays own music in Finnish and Portuguese but also best grooves of Brazilian artists like Falamansa, Luiz Gonzaga and Gilberto Gil. The wide range of influences has just put some more spices into the sweaty gigs.

Banda Madrugada means the band of the dawn. That's when the forró parties usually start up.

Be aware, forró is coming!
