QG Imperial is the first Brazilian DancehallReggae backing band which performs together with several artists. The group was formed in late 2004 and their line-up consists of Danilo 'Rastael' (bass),
Lucas (keyboards), Ras Daniel (guitar) and
Fabrício 'Jah Fya'(drums). QG Imperial plays several riddims (oldskool classics and new dancehall stuff) from Jamaica and other places in the world. They work with artists like Ras Bernardo, Jimmy Luv, Lei Di Dai, Kandiman, among others through the
"Roots Ragga Reggae" project.
