Formado em 1989 por Hemar Messiah (baixo/vocal), Skowronski (guitarra) e Junior (bateria), sendo este último logo substituído por Gilberto Black, o Spiritual Carnage tinha a proposta de fazer seu próprio DEATH METAL, infuenciada pelas bandas da época. Em 1994 Greco (guitarra) entra no lugar de Skowronsky, e dois anos depois Lara Peres passa a integrar a formação, inicialmente no teclado, assumido posteriormente a guitarra. Em 2003 a formação atual se estabilizou com o baterista Natal. Nessa trajetória, se apresentou em vários eventos e dividiu o palco com diversas bandas consagradas no cenário nacional e internacional, como KRISIUN, DESTRUCTION, TORTURE SQUAD, FUNERATUS e CANNIBAL CORPSE. A banda aborda na temática de suas letras o instinto humano, sua desgraça e inutilidade de sua luta existencial e espiritual, tentando mostrar uma realidade ofuscada através dos tempos.
Ao longo dos anos, a banda sofreu algumas mudanças na sua formação, tendo lançado quatro demos: PRE-DESTINED DEATH (1990), CREEPING UNDER BLACK SOULS (1992), SPIRITUAL CARNAGE (1997) e SHELTERED IN FLAMES (2002); e participado de algumas coletâneas. Em 2006, já com a formação estabilizada há quatro anos com os integrantes: Hemar Messiah (baixo/vocal), Greco (Guitarra), Lara Peres (Guitarra) e Natal (Bateria); gravaram seu primeiro trabalho oficial intitulado: VOICES OF DARKNESS. O álbum, que teve a produção de Gustavo Vasquez e oferece 9 faixas mais um vídeo clipe interativo, está sendo distribuído pelo selo TWO BEERS OR NOT TO BEERS. No começo de 2007, a guitarrista Lara Peres se desliga da banda, e no seu lugar entra Guilherme Aguiar (ex-Tsavo e Sentence of Death). Com essa formação, o Spiritual Carnage se apresentou no Goiânia Noise Festival, juntamente com grandes nomes do metal mundial, como KORZUS e SEPULTURA. Hoje, a banda segue divulgando seu novo trabalho.
Formed in 1989 by Hemar Messiah (B/V), Skowronski (G) and Junior (D) – soon replaced by Gilberto Black. Under the influence of many contemporary bands, SPIRITUAL CARNAGE have always intended to develop their own personal Death Metal style. In 1994 Greco (G) joined the band replacing Skowronski, and Lara Peres (K/G) joined them two years later. In 2003, Natal (D) replaced Gilberto Black. Since then, they have been performing besides many top-class bands, such as KRISIUN, DESTRUCTION, TORTURE SQUAD, FUNERATUS and CANNIBAL CORPSE. The band’s lyrical approach is about all the uselessness of human existence, which shows a reality that became misty through the time.
Throughout all those years, the band had a few line-up changes and launched four demo-tapes: PRE-DESTINED DEATH (1990), CREEPING UNDER BLACK SOULS (1992), SPIRITUAL CARNAGE (1997) e SHELTERED IN FLAMES (2002); and took part in some compilations. By 2006, the line-up had stabilized with Hemar Messiah (B/V), Greco (G), Lara Peres (G) e Natal (D), and they released the album VOICE OF DARKNESS. Produced by Gustavo Vasquez, and released by Two Beers or Not Two Beers label, the album has 9 tracks and an interactive video - placed in the last one. In the beginning of 2007, Lara Peres (G) quit the band and Guilherme Aguiar (ex-Tsavo and Sentence of Death) joined the band. With this line-up, Spiritual Carnage played in the Goiânia Noise Festival, sharing the stage with KORZUS and SEPULTURA. Today, the band distributes this new work all over the planet.

Pois é meus amigos do SPIRITUAL CARNAGE, o The AX está indo de vento em pôpa, muito ensaio, finalizamos o CD(falta prenssar) e estamos em busca de shows, para uma possível tour pelo Brasil a fora.
