VOCALS AND BASS GUITAR - BETO KUPPER hails from Sao Paulo - Brazil and his music career began at the age of 10 when he started playing piano. At the age of 15 he discovered the bass guitar and hasn't put it down since. He is a seasoned performer and has gigged with many bands in both Brazil and Ireland. His ability to play both bass guitar and sing is matched only by his love of the music he is playing citing Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Kiss as his most influential bands. He founded Mata Hari in 2001 in his hometown and enjoyed lots of success there playing hundreds of gigs but late 2005 he decided to move to Ireland and seek out other players to take Mata Hari to the masses.

DRUMS - JOHNNY ROZ was born in Bratislava, Slovakia and comes from a musical family (his father is a pro drummer). He first sat behind the kit at age 14 and has been in bands ever since. He was in his first professional band, Vanilla Club, when he was 20. The band released one album, one video and had many support tours. However, in 2003, he joined one of Slovakia's biggest punk rock bands - Ine Kafe. He released another studio album with this band, 4 official videos (myspace.com/inekafe), 3 Slovak and Czech tours, over 400 gigs in 3 years and the honour of playing at Woodstock to a crowd of 450,000 people. After the band's break up he moved to Ireland to play music and has become the rhythm master for Mata Hari.

MATA HARI are a power trio hard rock band aiming to take over Ireland. How was the gigs guys? we did one yesterday where the 9 people who came down to see us where the crowd you got to love it lol!! but it turned out alright one of the 9 was a promoter for a big event and booked us for that!!!
