MIR is a band of five guys from Helsinki, Finland, playing rocking downtuned metal. We are serious on this business, putting an real effort to become crushier and heavier, but also more harmonic and catchy. The songs we write are created to impress ourselves only, that's the point of departure. But hey, if you like them too, that's great. Of course the most thrilling fun comes from playing to other people. It's the live-orientation that keeps our musical angles straight. The drive can't be compromised.
