BANDRYLAND * SHARECROPPER’S WHINE * RELEASE DATE SUMMER 08
Drew Landry has been playing his songs for anyone who would listen for years. What started in living rooms, Prison Rodeos, backyards, & backstage has made it’s way to larger venues in the South.
In just a few years of touring the band has been able to share the stage with COUNTRY MUSIC GREATS: Charlie Louvin, Dwight Yoakam, & Billy Joe Shaver, ROCKERS: Johnny Winter, Dax Riggs, & Sonny Landreth, TEXAS COUNTRY BANDS: Robert Earl Keen, Randy Rogers, Cross Canadian Ragweed and countless Americana artists such as Hank 3, Scott Biram, & the Gourds.
In 2004 Landry released “Keep What’s Left” with a limited budget to critical acclaim. Two years later his “Hurricane Relief & Tailgaten Companion EP” debuted 11th on the euroamericana chart.
This time he has the right PR & proper distribution. Please consider his upcoming release, “Sharecropper’s Whine” for review, airplay, or a good long drive in the car.
