Step To Every Pit formed in 2000 by Jody Logan and Dan Wright. Over the last 8 years, many changes have occurred, as the entity that is STEP struggled through its infancy, adolescence, and teen-angst stages. In the last two years, the band has matured and grown extensively with the addition of RJ on guitar. Rodzilla and RJ have found an intense chemistry that has brought the band to its best song writing, to date. Recently, it was decided that a change in personnel was inevitable, and that a higher level of drive in percussion was needed to re-stoke the fires. Auditions were held to seek out a new drummer whose intensity, desire for self expression, and skill level could match that of the bands. That person has been found. On Dec. 6, 2007, Step To Every Pit welcomed long-time drummer Bruce Chouinard to the family. We are confident that Bruce will be every bit as committed to our growth as we are, and that all of you who consider yourselves members of the STEP family will agree with us when we say that STEP is the best its ever been!
