Barack Obama was raised by a single mother and his grandparents. They didn't have much money, but they taught him values from the Kansas heartland where they grew up. He took out loans to put himself through school. After college, he worked for Christian churches in Chicago, helping communities devastated when steel plants closed.
Obama turned down lucrative job o?ers after law school to return to Chicago, leading a successful voter registration drive. He joined a small law ?rm, taught constitutional law and, guided by his Christian faith, stayed active in his community. Obama and his wife Michelle are proud parents of two daughters, Sasha and Malia.
thanks for the add....voted already...ready to see change for all Native Americans and Alaska Natives...its good to hear someone speak directly to us as a people...its sad that our own governor of Alaska doesn't stick up for all Alaskans, especially the Native people....Eskimos aren't like the ones she made fun of on SNL....we are real people with real issues...thanks again....sailaq
THANKS FOR THE ADD! it's nice to see a presidential candidate who actually is concerned about hearing issues involving Native Americans...thats a plus in my book

Hay I'm glad to see how well you are doing in the polls! I know that you will do all that you can to keep Native treaty rights and Native health high on your priority list when you become president.
