Bardesanes Records is committed to excellence and doomed to failure. It started in January 2007 and its first release was Illusion of Art's "Phylum." It has released several more records since then and has even more in the cache of unreleased recordings of Illusion of Art, Seven Years of Tribulation, Nebula 444, and Pompous Logic and some upcoming texts and other media.

Bardesanes was a second century Syrian Gnostic with interests in Hinduism, magic, and astrology which reflects our own interests. Bardesanes Records is obsessed with the dissemination of information of all sorts regardless of the quality. All hail entropy.
