Photobucket How many times have you asked yourself the following questions: - How will I know when I am in a Fivefold Ministry office? - If someone has prophesied over me that I am a prophet or apostle, does this put me in office? - What is the difference between being in ministry and office? - How can I move from functioning in Apostolic Ministry to Apostolic Office? The seal is set upon him! The Lord has let it be known that David is His chosen one to take the throne after Saul. So where did this leave David? Right where he began actually. Yep, David went right on back tending his father’s sheep. Now you might find that strange. Why was there no ceremony, no party, no uprising to throw Saul off the throne? The answer is simple: David was not ready yet. That very anointing that came upon him as Samuel anointed him began a work in that Shepherd boy to shape him into the king he was to come. Can you identify a time when the Lord anointed you for apostolic ministry? It could have been through a prophetic word, it could have been through a personal revelation directly from the Lord. Either way, you KNOW the Lord had called you. But what now? Does this now mean that you must begin functioning in the fivefold office the Lord has called you to? Not at all, what this means is that from this day, the anointing that was poured upon you, will now begin forming you into the image of Christ and will be preparing you to take the throne of office!

Jewish Comments Jewish Myspace Stuff Photobucket Ephesians 4:11-13 KJV And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: Ephesians 4:11-14 Amplified And His gifts were [varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us,] some to be apostles (special messengers), some prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, travelling missionaries), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers. His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church), [That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the full and accurate knowledge of the Son of God; that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood – the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ’s own perfection – the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ, and the completeness found in Him. So then, we may no longer be children, tossed [like ships] to and fro between chance gusts of teaching, and wavering with every changing wind of doctrine, [the prey of] the cunning and cleverness of unscrupulous men, (gamblers engaged) in every shifting form of trickery in inventing errors to mislead. The purpose of the Lord restoring the five fold ministries is to equip His saints for the work of the ministry, so we can all reach what? - The measure of the Image (stature) of the fullness of Christ. God does not want us to remain forever babies and children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine. You see, you can do nothing intelligent with a baby, except to amuse him/her. So, we must all grow up. That's what the 5-fold ministers are here for. The Lord is raising leaders. He is placing His image in them and is giving them the responsibility to raise sons and daughters after their own image. On the other hand, it's the responsibility of the spiritual children to allow the Lord to mold the image of the father in them. Both parties have a tremendous responsibility. Both must live for the other and not for themselves. Both must pick up their Crosses and follow the Lord all the way, leaving all self-centeredness behind. "For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith." (Romans 12:3) Photobucket

Who I'd like to meet:

When we make the Lord and His Kingdom purposes our desire, we have received God's image indeed. "One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple." (Psalm 27:4) "As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God:" (Psalm 42:1-2) "Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me." (Psalm 42:7) "...Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: ... Lo, I come ... to do thy will, O God." (Hebrews 10:5-7) When we have that kind of spiritual image in us, the Lord will be able to trust us. Otherwise, we will be moving in our self-centeredness, self-ambition and self-desire for fame and promotion. The result will be the following - everything the Lord gives us (gifts, abilities, graces and financial recourses) - we will be using it wrongly. If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14) Repentance means change of direction. It means to find out the direction at which God's heart is beating and follow it. It means to feel God's heart, God's pain, when we reject Him by sticking to the idols instead of to Him, and to be willing to change and sin no more. Repentance will draw us faster and closer to the Lord than any other thing will. It is the master key - the key of David - the key of the man after God's own heart. It's not the self-righteous people that are the people after God's own heart. It's not the people that always confess that they are close to God - always better than the others. It's the sincere ones - the ones that know God's mercy and grace. The ones like David. He sinned many times; yet, his sins did not move him away from God. On the contrary! He was always throwing himself before God. God was his helper, his shelter, his friend, his Comforter, his provider, his shield, his strength, his beauty, his adoration, his desire, his passion, his hunger, his purpose, his meaning, his essence and his life. He was totally consumed by God and that's why he fulfilled God's will in his generation (Acts 13:22, 36). Jewish Myspace Stuff Photobucket

Jesus Christ our Refuge, Hope, Way, Truth, Life, Provider make Your Presence known to us in a special way today our Father has made, forgive us our sins as we pray for & forgive those who persecute & sin against us, its not always easy walking according to Your Will, but when we study, obey, pray & apply the life changing Word of God, we get knowledge to help in our time of trouble, understanding to help others in their time of need & Divine Wisdom to discern unclean spirits & boldness because You will never leave us nor forsake us & if You be for us who can be against us, direct & order our thoughts, minds, bodies & souls according to Your Will, as we surrender our burdens, worries, stresses & cares over to You & give You 1st place over our time, talents, & treasures, for Your yoke is easy & Your burden is light, give us rest from anger, lust, & wickedness as we hide Your Word in our hearts, let Your Will and Purpose be done. Matthew 11: 28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest ( relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. 30 For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good--not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.Have a safe and blessed weekend my friend 1!!!

38 Then it shall be, if you heed all that I command you, walk in My ways, and do what is right in My sight, to keep My statutes and My commandments, as My servant David did, then I will be with you and build for you an enduring house, as I built for David, and will give Israel to you.

WHEN THEM DEVILS RISE UP AGAINST YOU, NOT KNOWING YOU ARE PROTECTED BY THE LORD OF HOST. WHO CATCHES EVERY TEAR AS YOU REST YOUR HEAD IN HIS BOSOM, AND AWAKEN YOU UNDER HIS ANOINTING UNDER HIS VICTOURY AND GLORY!!!  PRAISE OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN

Psalm 3:1-5 (New King James Version)

    Psalm 3

A Psalm of David when he fled from Absalom his son.
1 LORD, how they have increased who trouble me!
Many are they who rise up against me.
2 Many are they who say of me,
“There is no help for him in God.”  Selah

3 But You, O LORD, are a shield for me,
My glory and the One who lifts up my head.
4 I cried to the LORD with my voice,
And He heard me from His holy hill.  Selah

     5 I lay down and slept;
I awoke, for the LORD sustained me

"Psalms 118:4 Let them now that
fear the LORD say, that his mercy
endureth for ever. 5 I called upon
the LORD in distress: the LORD
answered me, and set me in a
large place. 6 The LORD is on my
side; I will not fear: what can man
    do unto me?
    Proverbs 11:8 The righteous is
delivered out of trouble, and the
    wicked cometh in his stead.
Romans 8:31 What shall we then
say to these things? If God be for
us, who can be against us?"

To stand strong in this spiritual
battle is our part. It is God's
    power that provides the victory
when we stand strong. Our God
    fights for us.

    God bless your heart .

Your brother and servant in Christ,
    Pastor Rick
