About me:
Hello everyone I've been booking music locally for the last 8 years or so, and I’ve learned alot about the business, and have much yet to learn! I have a passion for local music and all music, and I’d really like to help bands get their music to greater audiences. You see I feel music independent of the need to conform and sell out, is the music that's good for the world. It's the only thing that can allow music to evolve in it's highest form, evolve as a voice for the everyday person announcing their delights, distress, their compassion, and anger, their love and their hate, their dissent with political agendas, and their call for higher minds! The voice of a world when the languages are many, and the need for common ground is essential. And man people if we let the corporations control that voice….... we lose too much! I believe I can be someone that will be able to help artists achieve their goals, make a living on music, while still having that voice, and I built Barfly Promotions with that in mind!
