Barking Gecko Theatre Company produces plays for children, teenagers and their families.
Barking Geckos tour around WA, interstate, and overseas. Our professional actors come from WAAPA, ECU, Hayman Theatre from John Curtin and some have been actors from a very young age.
Our plays are based on issues that teenagers and children face. For example, our recent show,THE TROLL FROM THE BOWL deals with divorce and it’s a twisted fairytale.
hey its tania, i did work experience with you this time last year. i was wondering if you knew where i could get help for improv? i failed that part of my practical exam because i seem to shut down when asked the questions but i dont want to do thaT again for year 12. i'm not able to do improv with a class of 20 and everyone watching, but i really need help. is there anything?

I just wanted to say that guy that plays the troll in Troll From The Bowl... Wow! He is amazing! Such an incredible depiction of a monster's survival in today's progressive society. Mmmmm yes quite... What's that? You want to nominate him for an award? Well that's a great idea... The only problem is he'd probably be too modest to accept it.
