Project 1;

And I have another project 3.5M 80,000 SQ.FT Shopping plaza. Ready to build. Construction docs and permits are ready.

Project Number 2;

I have a 30 acres property for sale with a 10 acres retention pond. You will be able to build +/-400,000 SQ.FT with 2 out parcels (bank and restaurant). The appraisal is around 500k per acre. The average traffic is 50,000 cars average. The property has over 800 feet frontage. Behind there is a subdivision over 1500 homes, and the exit of these homes is trough the property. There is also a new development coming on the area, north side with homes over 500k. THIS IS PRIME REAL ESTATE. Across the street you have Publix, and Walgreens. The sales price is $10,000,000 M.

Its one of the hottest intersections, the sq.ft around the area for retail - condos is $300 plus. If you do numbers this project can generate sales over $+40M NET.
