NEW SONGS from My New Album
Crazy Hair Day has Vonda Shepard on the track.
Best Friends is Jackson Browne and Vonda. I'm on guitar and harmony. Other special guests include Jessica Harper, Peter Himmelman, Richard Thompson and a special reading by Dustin Hoffman of my book, Crazy Hair Day. 100% of all artist royalties for this album are going to CONCERN for cancer research.
I'm a children's author/illustrator singer/songwriter, born and raised in LA.
In addition to writing and illustrating children's books I have recorded three albums for children with a fourth in post-production. Where, Oh, Where's My Underwear?, The Soccer Mom From Outer Space! (Based on my book of the same title.), and Goodnight Kisses, an album of original lullabyes, (also based on a book of the same title)
My songs have been recorded by Shari Lewis for Charlie Horse Music Pizza. I have also written and produced songs for the PBS show, Arthur.
Whether I'm writing, illustrating, recording a song or traveling to a school to talk to students,
I love waking up in the morning and diving in. I never know where the creative process will take me!

Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.

It is a great day to be alive! What Question can I ask to empower myself and others? How can I improve the experience of those I encounter today? What can I do to facilitate your Gift?

The kids love the CD's. My 4 year old loves to sing Crazy Hair Day. So, thanks again for sending them! Oh, and we came across your video in the Kids Music section on On Demand. Cool!
