About me: Don't forget to look through the blog for information.
All kinds of stuff like conversion from 1/8 to 1/4 mile. Information about up coming races.
Who I'd like to meet: Any one that loves racing. Any one that wants to watch drag racing or wants to run their car/bike in a safe environment where it's legal to go as fast as you can!!!
With the new management comes new plans for next year. During the course of the year everyone will have races that they are going to want to be part of.
Along with the Summit Series we will be running a Series that runs on Sundays for people that miss a simple two class (electronics and non-electronics) This series wil be eight races and we are currently calling it the Renegade Series. There will be a points championship and year end awards.
The Jr Program will be better than ever, we hope to get County Motor Parts to return as a series sponsor as well as we plan to have a few new twists on the fun.
The 2008 year is going to include a program called Sport Compacts all out. It will run very similar to the TV show where the qualifiers will be given money to wager on the races. You and your friends will be on the start line with the host hammering out a deal and then getting in your car to race it.
On each of the Sport Compacts All Out races we will also have 3 classes of bikes. Two classes for high performance street bikes. One will be production class and requires you to ride your machine to the track. The other class allows for any modifications except no slick or wheelie bar. These classes runs heads up first one to the finish line wins. The third class is for slicked down drag bikes, any brand, anything legal to the NHRA rule book.
Hey guys sorry I missed the big night, my uncle and I had to move a friend that day and 13 hours of moving I was just too friggen tired to even drive up there. Is there gonna be any more drags before winter? I deffinetly wanna test my times now that I have a full understanding of the tree.
Hey all i'm looking to trade my Pro-Street Vega for a slightly more mannered Street Rod/Nasty Street Rod. Something a little more drivable than my Vega but raceable as well in a friendlier form. Any interest please give me a shout. Thanks Chuck.
