When Yultide season's nigh again

And beware all you who are so heartless

For soon you'll meet the Demon Krampus



Since pagan times, he is foretold

From darkened woods, blood black and cold

He trods the snow on cloven hooves

Your thoughtless ways he disapproves



Dark and hairy, horned like a ram

He knows your ways are fake and sham

And he'll find all those naughty children

Cursed are they who are his pillions



His cloven hooves cross o'er the snow

And bad little children he'll drag below

Fettering their wrists with rusty chains

Krampus heeds not their cries of pain



And you saucy girls who act like tarts

He'll birch your bottoms until it smarts

Your shameless ways will fetch his malice

And you'll be known by the Demon Krampus



So, God rest you dear gentlemen

Drunk on toddies, punch and gin

Your greed and selfish ways, so callous

You'll get no mercy from the Demon Krampus
