Started his musical career as drummer of the legendary Italian punk band Negazione.
On a tour through Germany, he first made aquaintance with Berlin and later decided to relocate there. Living in Berlin and later in New York City inspired a new approach to music, and he experimented with styles like hip hop, trip hop, and more recently break beats. He made a name for himself as DJ, producer and promoter, organizing a variety of music events.
DJ Baroxmix has been appearing internationally in a variety of clubs, such as Gargoyle Mechanique, Sunday Club with DJ Spooky, Knitting Factory with DJ Olive and His Crew in New York City; Garage in San Francisco,Tokyo, Capetown, Roxy Club in Prague, Warschau,
Vilnius as well as in numerous clubs around Europe.
