Wild River Music label was created by me in 2002 because I couldnt find a label interested in my work. I now have my own little studio where I burn my own cds to sell locally and when I do a gig. Wild River Music embodies my theme song, wild River, and it sounds like a capsized canoe being whipped and dashed into a musical maze of whitewater, guitars, banjos, mandolins, harmonicas, backpackers, recovering addicts who have been reborn, back woods preachers who have found Gods wisdom under a stone, howling coyotes, women of the night who smile at dawn, Native Americans who are reclaiming their heritage and wisdom, children who want to know, Grandparents who close their eyes in peace though they are alone, the street drunks of Nashville who still have a song to offer, the sons and daughters who will never understand their Vietnam dads who were there but not there, the young women who will have their smiles stolen by men, yet will learn to smile again, the mentally ill street people of Hollywood who still know the value of a good deed, the men, women, and children who are dying tonite and the stroke victims whose souls are being held gently for reawakening by the bird people - the star people -in the great plan. - - this is what my music sounds like - - - -Hope
