With worldwide sales of more than 75 million records, the success of Barry Manilow is a benchmark in popular music. His concerts and night club performances sell out instantly. He is ranked as the top Adult Contemporary chart artist of all time, according to R&R (Radio & Records) and Billboard magazines. Rolling Stone crowned him “a giant among entertainers… the showman of our generation,” and Frank Sinatra summed up Manilow best when Ol’ Blue Eyes told the British press, “He’s next.”
But as high in the musical pantheon as he reigns, Barry Manilow is just as big a fan of the popular music of the day as the rest of us. On September 18, 2007, the multi-platinum superstar will revisit the songs of the decade that launched his career with the release of his new Arista album, The Greatest Songs Of The Seventies.

We on MMN are all still talking about your wonderful performance on July 4th, especially when you sang "Let Freedom Ring". It was just an amazing night to remember.
Here are some great photos from your dress rehearsal. We just love them.
I can't wait till tonight, it's going to be my very first time seeing you live in concert! I'm so excited, there are no words to describe what I feel. lol.
Hi,Dear: Saw you're sanging in Washington,i'm not American, but i love your songs and your talent, you're looking great, singing very well, and so fashion in black. That's why all of your fans lovin' you.Have a nice tuesday, kisses,Rosângela
I've read some of the comments here so I know you've already heard this, but it bears repeating. Watching you sing "Let Freedom Ring" on the 4th was heart-stoppingly beautiful. Hearing you sing, with the fireworks going off and the monuments in the background...it took my breath away. I've always loved the song, but seeing you perform it live and knowing how pleased you were to be there made the experience extra special. Thank you so very much. Take care, Diane
What a wonderful July 4th show! We saw little pieces of the dress rehearsal on tv, so we knew the show was going to be spectacular.
You were so amazing. I loved the little spin you did, and those dance moves - so sexy. The audience was so into you and your songs, and it was so sweet when you danced with the little girl.
Your voice was just great and you looked so handsome (as usual).
There were many stars in the show, but you were the star that was shining the brightest. We all love you.
Have a great show in Pittsburgh tonight. Tomorrow will be a busy day for you - hope you can rest a little.
I just wanted to tell you how much I love "Let Freedom Ring", and last night listening and watching you sing it just gave me the chills and brought tears to my eyes.
It is such a wonderful song and what would the July 4th celebration have been without it. With the fireworks going off in the background as you were getting near the end of the song, it was so unbelievable. What a way to end a perfect night.
Hi Barry, I just wanted to wish you a happy and safe 4th of July. I am so excited about your performance in Washington! I can't wait to hear Let Freedom Ring. I know it will be awesome! Love Judy C

Barry ,Your Capital 4th Appearance was fantastic. You shined brighter and outsparkled the fireworks display that I was watching over St. Andrew Bay. I watched you perform instead of watching the fireworks. You looked sensational and sounded sensational. I love the symphony, but whenever you perform your songs you are the symphony! Love you Always, Happiness to You always, Fan Always, Shasta
