Currently I am a student of Psychology starting my Senior year at Columbia College. My first choice of grad school program is the Counseling Psychology & Sexual Diversity Collaborative Program at The University of Toronto for Fall 2010. Wish me luck. I would like to become a counseling psychologist specializing in Gender & Sexuality issues. Also I want to teach college online. I am single but not looking (yes, in another one of those celibate periods which INFPs are subject to, I fear). I anticipate dating (or whatever the young people are calling it) again sometime around 2012, that's if the Mayan calendar ending doesn't predict the world imploding (Happy Thoughts, yeah!).
OK... Back to the usual rant..
I am a POET stuck in a time when the only poets left are FOOLS. I aspire to become more NATURAL. Paradoxically, my ELECTRONIC BLOG is helping me with that. It helps me remember stuff and keeps me from turning into a STRANGE LIQUID. So as you can imagine, my blog is very important to me. Also, it saves TREES, which I'm sure we can all agree is a very amazing thing for a blog to do.

After 3+ years in San Jose, California, I am back in NE Ohio, which I find myself slightly mystified to be calling "home" again. I am attempting to regain my Italian citizenship through the overly complicated process of Juris Sanguinis. My interests and/or obsessions include all things foreign, travel, writing, Buddhism and philosophy, music, food, photography, espresso, wine, beer (OK, pretty much anything alcoholic, in moderation) and investments. Let's not forget Second Life (I'm attempting to rediscover this thing called Real Life). I speak a little bit of French, a little bit of Italian, and I have an emotional block which prevents me from understanding any Japanese.

Maybe I should define awesome: More kind than unkind, more liberal than conservative, more interesting than boring, etc. etc. I think everyone has the potential to be awesome. If you're not feeling very awesome, why don't you try it?
Also, if you are just looking to talk to "someone" I am not just "anyone"... and I am very busy... My friends are extraordinary people from all walks of life.
HOW SPANKABLE ARE YOU?
I consider myself a pretty groovy person, but my default setting is "aloof" (sometimes I have more trouble finding the "override" button than others). I am getting better at expressing myself orally and in the presence of other human beings but I am a million times better at expressing myself in writing. I care about things deeply but I am an introvert sometimes cleverly disguised as an extrovert. If I ask you to have coffee with me, it means you are clearly awesome.
