About me: I started out in sixth grade becoming a actress in the role, as a dancing doll in "The Nutcracker". I was briefly in a rock band in the late 1960s, with my brother as our drummer. I was a stage manager, master of props,producer and assisted director for some plays and musicals. I also helped with the casting of some of these functions.I have a cousin that lives in Mill Valley, California, USA and his name is Derek Van Loan. Derek builds boats and he has built electric guitars for some of the top groups in the music business. Derek has built electric guitars for The Rolling Stones and for Santana. Derek builds the guitars by himself and not for a company. Derek is also personal friends with the groups that he has built electric guitars for.
Mine,son Franklin and I were personal friends with the late,Fred Douglas De Mayo.Fred was in the entertainment business,and was highly prized,for it too. Fred was in more than one aspect,of the business,and he was someone,whom taught his ways,of the business,too.
Mine son Franklin,studied acting,under Fred,and we were saddened,to here,of his passing away.
