I AM SO SICK OF READING EMAILS AND BULLETINS FROM PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AND ARE ONLY SEEING ONE SIDE OF THE STORY!
THE SE BAND HAD BOOKED NEW YEAR'S EVE WITH THE HOG HEAD. SHORTLY AFTERWARDS THE BEL AIR CLUB OFFERED THE SE BAND A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY TO PLAY, WHICH COULD NOT BE TURNED DOWN. THE SE BAND WENT TO JAMES AND ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED TO COUNTER OFFER AND HE DID NOT AND JAMES BOOKED ANOTHER BAND FOR NEW YEARS EVE. THIS HAPPENED MONTHS AGO SO QUIT WHINING! IF JAMES HAD REALLY WANTED THEM THERE THEN HE WOULD HAVE COUNTER OFFERED. IT SEEMS JAMES DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM BOOKING ANOTHER BAND SO WHATS THE DAMN PROBLEM HERE!!
THE SOUTHERN EDITION BAND CANCELLED A MONTH IN ADVANCE SO THAT THEY COULD PLAY A WEDDING FOR ONE OF THEIR FANS.....WHO UP TO THIS POINT HAS BEEN A REGULAR AT THE HOG HEAD. ONE OF THE BAND MEMBERS WENT IN PERSON TO SPEAK TO JAMES ABOUT THE DOUBLE BOOKING AND TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE CANCELLATION BUT ENDED UP RECEIVING A NASTY PHONE CALL FROM JAMES WHO WAS THROWING A FIT LIKE A 3 YEAR OLD CHILD.
GREAT MANAGEMENT SKILLS THERE JAMES! ALL OF THESE BULLETINS AND EMAILS HAVE BEEN FORWARDED TO ALL OF MY FAVORITE BANDS SO THAT THEY CAN SEE HOW YOU REALLY TREAT PEOPLE. AFTER READING THE BULLSHIT YOU HAVE WROTE, I DON'T KNOW WHY ANY BAND WOULD WANT TO BOOK WITH YOU! THEY WOULD ALWAYS WONDER IF YOU WOULD SLANDER THEIR NAME TOO! AS I'M SURE YOU WOULD.
AS FOR THE HIGHWAY SOUTH ISSUE........THE CROSSING DOUBLE BOOKED THEMSELVES. THE ESTABLISHMENT HAD TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE TWO BANDS AND CHOSE THE SE BAND TO PLAY, OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST AND HAVE A MUCH BIGGER FOLLOWING AND THE CROSSING KNEW THEY WOULD BRING IN MORE MONEY.
HIGHWAY SOUTH, IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE BEING BUMPED THEN TAKE IT UP WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT WHO CANCELLED YOU, NOT THE BAND YOU WERE REPLACED WITH! MAYBE YOU SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT YOURSELVES AND SEE HOW YOU CAN IMPROVE SO YOU DON'T GET BUMPED
