Bassociety weaves sonic bass-heavy frequencies brewed with empirical soundscapes moving in the form of dirty Breaks, Dubstep and Electro genre-defying rhythms. Tired by the same old formula and sounds used by jocks in India, Bass, (aka DJ Nasha), moved to NYC where he dabbled with innovative ground-breaking and cutting edge music in the underground electronic scene. He soon got involved with the future step movement and started tweaking and twisting fast moving sounds with slow-delayed halfstep beats fusing them with massive bass-injected reggae/ragga breaks.
Bass then started spinning in club lands like NYC, San Francisco, London and went on to become one of the new resident DJs and producers for the mighty Subswara (NYC). He spun this year with Subswara for the world-renowned BurningMan festival at Temple of Breaks, Moontribe, Entheon Village and Pyramid Giza. The festival hosted 55,000 strong partyheads and boasts of top level DJs such as Paul Oakenfold, Stanton Warriors, FreQnasty, Adam Freeland, Tipper, BassNectar and many more.
Being a visionary by nature, Bass decided to begin his own monthly nights back in Goa with Subswara called the BassTemple to bring back the new underground sound to feed the hungry party burners in India. His new nights will feature international and national DJs who experiment in new avant-garde bass-heavy sounds, thus giving fresh food for the ear, bounce for the feet and renewal for the mind…..
Bass is all set to drop some of his gustative creation on the debut Subswara album to be released in early 2008. Bassociety also spins at clubs, venues, festivals and high profile after parties/launches. He also produces music for art-fueled and funky electronic media-related products……
Keep your ears prepared for alien bass frequency next year as the Bassociety album drops hard and heavy…. Cool Stuff at BlingJam.com

This is the future.
